Cartoonistic Brown and Yellow Dog Sculpture

Most of my art at this point has been focused on the detail in the sculpting or mosaics of each piece. I wanted to try a new line of work where the details were in the pattern of the glazes.

This is the first of my new under-glaze series where I sculpted the dog in a simple cartoonist sitting fashion while applying a fun balloon design with matching whimsical colors on his eyes, nose and Gold plated wire whiskers.

As with all my artwork this sculpture is a one-of-a-kind piece that can be copied but not duplicated, so you never have to worry about finding an identical anywhere else.
